Led the design of an architectural feature for manufacturing in collaboration with Gensler, the largest interior design firm globally.

The overall concept of the wall feature was provided by Gensler, the architecture firm building the new DC offices for the American Chemical Council. I was tasked with designing the wall for fabrication, reducing the complexity of the design.
solution
Designing for Mass Production To prevent the need to make multiple molds of the plastic panels, I designed a hardware mounting system that would apply for various conditions. The panel on the left shows system for flat section of wall, and the panel on the right is for the curved section.
